Global Social Cornerstone
Groupe SEB has decided to work toward ensuring a global social cornerstone for all its employees by 2020, based around three pillars: Death benefit cover; Major medical benefits plan and the introduction of regular medical examinations; Maternity or paternity leave.
This program was launched in its pilot phase in 2017 in the Eurasia region.

On October 17, Groupe SEB was awarded the Happy Trainees label for the sixth time in a row! The Group now ranks in the Top 10 Happy Trainees companies in the 100–499 trainees category.
